Founding at
William & Mary
Founded in 2023, ALPFA at William & Mary emerged from a simple belief: Latino students deserve a dedicated space to grow professionally, build community, and connect with the opportunities they have earned.
What started as a vision shared between a handful of ambitious students has become the premier professional development organization for Latino students and allies at W&M. In just two years, our chapter has grown to 47 members, hosted dozens of events, and built lasting partnerships with Sherwin-Williams, KPMG, and Becker.

Washington DC
Our chapter maintains a close relationship with the ALPFA DC professional chapter, one of the most active and influential chapters in the country. Through this connection, W&M members gain access to networking events, professional mentors, and internship pipelines in the DMV area.
The DC chapter's proximity to the nation's capital means unparalleled access to government, consulting, finance, and policy opportunities — all within reach for our members.

The Association of Latino Professionals For America is the largest Latino professional membership organization in the United States. With over 100,000 members and 200+ chapters across the country, ALPFA creates pathways for Latino professionals at every stage of their career.
